InmigrART ERASMUS+ Training Course

Ο Κήπος με μεγάλη χαρά συμμετείχε στο InmigrART ERASMUS + TRAINING COURSE που πραγματοποιήθηκε στο 
Collado Mediano της Μαδρίτης 18-24 Μαρτίου 2022. 

Το InmigrART είναι ένα εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα που συγκέντρωσε 25 νέους και νέες ηλικίας 20-30 ετών από 8 ευρωπαϊκές χώρες για διάστημα 7 ημερών.

Είναι ένα πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης βασισμένο στις πρακτικές της άτυπης εκπαίδευση, του θεάτρου και της δημιουργικότητας ως εργαλεία για την ανάλυση της μετανάστευσης στην Ευρώπη.

Οι συμμετέχοντες/ουσες εργάστηκαν τόσο ατομικά όσο και ομαδικά χρησιμοποιώντας το θέατρο, ηγηθήκαν συνεδριών για άλλους συμμετέχοντες και δοκιμάσαν τις ηγετικές τους ικανότητες. 

SUMMARY AND METHODOLOGY OF THE PROJECT

InmigrART is a Training Course, co funded by the Erasnmus + Programme of the European Union under the frame of Key Action 1 Mobility for Youn Workers, which brought together 25 participants from 8 European countries over 7 days. This Training Course has been based on the use of non-formal education, theatre, and creativity as tools for analysing immigration in Europe.

The participants have been working individually and in groups using theatre, they have led sessions for other participants testing their leadership skills. An important goal has been learning how to analyse topics such as diversity, racism, immigration using theatre tools for social intervening.

COMPLETED OBJECTIVES

• Promote cultural awareness in participants and their intercultural learning process.

• Offer to participants a clear methodological approach and new tools based on theatre and creativity

• Share among participant’s creative working methods focused on promoting social inclusion among young people using theatre

• Foster new networking youth initiatives based on arts and creativity as tools for social transformation
